More on consumer choice

The Tennessee Health Freedom Act has already passed the Senate is making its way through the House of Representatives. Last week, it passed a key subcommittee vote.

Supporters say consumer choice is more important than government intervention in health care.

Really. That concept sounds familiar.

P.S. Red wine is proven to improve heart health.

    Oligopolies actually reduce consumer choice. And red wine IN MODERATION is proven to improve heart health.

    Allowing gas stations to sell wine-based products, with alocohol content up to 21% (42 proof) won’t be good for anyone, especially the “street drinkers” that some wine companies have targeted as a growth market.

    What about the extant liscensees? What about the choice between going out of business or selling to street drinkers? What then?
